FIRST PART
This is some thoughts of mine and an attempt to draw some conclusions from
situations that I have seen happening in the Sea Org. I was in it for 9 years. I
had big wins from LRH’s tech and policy and I want to thank him for what he
gave us as well as I want to thank all the hard working and dedicated staff in
the Sea Org for what they are doing. I also want to thank those Scientologists
who are true Scientologists, and accept only 100% standard application of the
tech and policy of LRH and stand up for it, like the people in the FZ, as an
example.
However, I have to admit that there are those in the Sea Org, as you are
going to see in this write up, that alter LRH’s tech and policy, apply force
and harsh ethics, harass staff members who dare speak about it, and make sure
that a covert operation of infiltration of Scientology and perversion of its
principles, as laid out by the Founder, is going on.
I hope this write up contributes to putting ethics in and shedding more light
in an area that some chose to not look at, saying nothing is wrong, and on the
other hand others are trying like mad to get YOU not to look. Well, my answer
is: keep looking; the process is continued. Here is some data and thoughts for
you to help you evaluate a situation, by providing some material for you to look
closer:
How could it happen that a Sea Org member with a 9 years service finds
himself out of the Sea Org?
Well, it wouldn’t happen unless the following was true:
 | When there are specific policies of LRH that you know they are not being
applied and not only there is no intention for them to be applied but if you
communicate about them and try to put them in you find yourself being
persecuted, black PRed, put under “justice” (=injustice) etc.

| When you find out that the resistance and the persecution starts from very
high, the highest possible within the church, that is, RTC and specifically
David Miscavige himself (see Issue 1) .

| When you are being told that the Golden Age of Tech is what will help the
“blind” recover their light as up to now it was found by RTC that the
“blind had been leading the blind”. A statement that was made by David
Miscavige when he inaugurated the golden age of tech. It is as if LRH
couldn’t train competent auditors or supervisors but only “blind”
ones. And when you see that LRH has explicitly stated in HCO PL 16 April
1965 “Drill Allowed” (OEC Volume 5), which kind of practical drills are
allowed for auditor training and, of course, no such a thing as the golden
age of tech drills are included.

| When you see that the whole Admin system of LRH has been changed with the
New Era of Management. One statement is enough. There are packs full of
International Management Executive Committee Executive Directives (IMEC EDs)
and other such kind of issues, not LRH, which are given to the Sea Org to
study instead of giving them LRH or compiling all LRH references in specific
packs and taking it from there. LRH says what happens when someone re-writes
an author. This is unavoidable.

| When you see that the orgs are limping under New Era of Management and
under the finance system that Int Management has put there as its own
policy. Once I went to Tel Aviv on a mission and we saw that the org had
many financial problems, the staff was not being paid much etc.etc. Then I
asked to see their financial system a bit and checked into it and with great
surprise saw that the org would have to pay to Int mgmt quite a sum before
it would start paying for its own survival, namely its rent…! The rent
payment as a matter of fact with that financial system was literally one of
the last things that the org would care to pay… I was very surprised
because such a system was actually out exchange with the environment and it
made the staff and the organization criminals. The FBO had told me
characteristically that the rent is only paid when things become tough for
them! I cannot believe LRH would be operating like that.

| When you see then that the staff, dedicated otherwise and hard working are
continuously underpaid in an era where money and energy are so easy to make
that even wog businesses and their employees thrive, flourish and prosper.
There is nothing wrong with money and being able to buy what one needs (we
are talking about basic needs now). There is nothing wrong with seeing your
income going up continuously, it can be done on staff too, LRH says so and
has done it. All it takes is the willingness and a fair financial system to
put it in. Many times in the Sea Org in Europe the staff pay was cut
contrary to specific LRH references that it shouldn’t be done. So, staff
get the idea that they can work for nothing and no one is responsible for
the bad financial condition of their organization. Or they moonlight which,
to my opinion, is the worst PR for Scientology as it says that Scientology
technology cannot make someone survive and you need wog jobs to make a
living.

| When a Sea Org member’s communication lines are being chopped to pieces:
no Internet access allowed without CSW, no cellular phones allowed without
CSW? Why? I’ll tell you why. To not find what is going on within
Scientology. Yes, that’s right. On the Internet there are a lot of stories
about people who have been persecuted, as I have been persecuted, people who
not all of them were necessarily crazy, hallucinating, SPs, traitors, but
per what I have read had valid points and followed points 7, 8, 9 and 10 of
KSW series # 1. So this is what they are afraid of, not what they are saying
not to see the “entheta” and the OT materials. If the Sea Org knew about
the entheta in detail they could judge by themselves and they would see that
not all of it is entheta. Of course, on the Internet there are real enemies
of LRH. They speak badly of him and they know nothing of Scientology and try
to suppress it in their stupidity and short sightedness. They should be
fought and the entheta suppressed. But it’s not A=A=A. There are also
people who are Scientologists and try to find a way after having been ousted
from the church, not always on correct grounds. Why is this entheta? Where
is the freedom of speech and where is their right to protect Scientology as
they deem correct? So, this is what the Establishment within the church is
afraid of and why they are afraid of the Sea Org members having free access
to the internet and to cellular phones, which, by the way, recently can get
one connected to the internet, too.

| When you see 10,000 translated tapes being destroyed in AOSHEU from their
Briefing Course and their Academy and the staff unable to do anything, and
these tapes comprised the very materials of the BC in all European
languages. European Scientologists who don’t speak English don’t have a
chance to do the BC anymore. These tapes were destroyed few years ago under
the pretext that they were bad translations but this cannot be true as from
these tapes there have been many students who graduated as Class VIs. Also
LRH is very specific in CBO 918 where he says “come off of the
perfectionism, this thing can be perfectionized until it’s never
released”. This is very important as the main line that RTC is pushing to
disguise all delays in the issuance of translations is the false datum
“that the translations must be perfect”. Volume comes first, quality
second. It’s time correct priorities and importances were looked at and
applied.

| When AOSHEU has not turned out any Class VI auditors (to say nothing about
Class VIIIs) for 3 years now that I have been in Europe and I know few
things of their statistics. Maybe they made one Class VI, maximum two. But
this is also doubtful. And when you see Int Mgmt’s insistence with godly
given righteousness on this matter, as they would rather train people on the
BC with… Method 7 (!) instead of putting back the tape course series and
the tape translations. And all this in a world which in 2 years (which, I
believe, is the average time it takes to be a Class VI in our days), could
be in such a condition that it will be very difficult to revert the
situation. Now, if we want to teach the BC students English with Method 7
instead of graduating them as fast as possible and send them out to audit in
the orgs and the field as Class VIs, well, then we are on the “right
path” and we better not change anything. But, of course, this is an
altered importance and a wrong sequence, we know that.

| When you see that the Sea Org members’ dynamics are being curtailed, and
namely their 2nd dynamic has been cut completely, by the issuance
of an illegal Flag Order by ED Int in 1996, a Flag Order which has NO
validity as it was not issued by LRH and it contradicts all LRH references
on the dynamics as in a few words it forbids the Sea Org members to
procreate and have children anymore in the Sea Org. Again under a pretext of
“we are running out of time” and children are considered a “hindrance
to the Sea Org’s target”. What a joke! Or what a tragedy! You chose. But
it goes on.

| When, then, we’d rather have abortions enforced on ethical people like
the Sea Org members who under the heavy burden put upon them by arbitrary
and erroneous interpretations of the principle of “the greatest good for
the greatest number of dynamics” by church officials (a line which is
coming down, as Jesse Prince also pointed out, from COB many years ago
pushing him and his wife to have an abortion of their child) and the mental
stress resulting from any disobedience to orders of such high authorities
are led to the erroneous conclusion and the enforced decision to kill a life
of a baby and drop half of their dynamics for the… next billion years. Any
Scientologist having read the ethics book, the SOS, or the DMSMH or even
just having some common sense of the dynamics would know what such an act
does to the rest of the dynamics and its repercussions for the Sea Org and
the Sea Org members and the world we are going to build. And as a friend of
mine within the Sea Org who was also in a “tough” spot ethicswise,
because he disagreed, as he mentioned to me: why are we doing these weddings
in the Sea Org and we give vows as spouses in front of a minister when we
know that we cannot have children anymore? (The Sea Org weddings). What is
the purpose of getting married then if not for sex only and just theta
support between spouses or even gaining status through such marriages? Where
is the second part of this dynamic and where does LRH say that Sea Org
members DO NOT have a right to procreate and keep being SEA ORG members?
Where is the reference from LRH?

| When you see that high executives of the Sea Org, the highest it can be,
are giving verbal and false data contrary to policy to juniors without any
remorse or a quiver:

| ED Int, Guillaume Leserve, on the Flag Order about children
|
| ED Int 3 times has written to me that specific HCOBs on translations
don’t apply because Int Mgmt had now programmes based on “other
confidential” LRH references.

| RTC Reports Officer has written to my wife answering a dispatch of hers on
translations, giving us a hidden data line that again there are “other
references of LRH which we couldn’t see as they were confidential” on
the subject of translations.

| Deputy Inspector General RTC for Europe, Antonella Tisi, tried to mislead
me many times not answering directly my comms why the HCOBs about
translations are not applied, by giving me always PR answers or irrelevant
data (like read Student Hat tapes 1 and 2 to solve the situation) instead of
taking a firm stand as RTC and protect the tech and enforce the application
of the HCOBs no matter what, who and why, thus doing 7, 8, 9 and 10 of KSW
series # 1. Instead while gaining time with her PR answers to me, she,
behind my back, was pushing for Fitness Boards and other actions (continuous
sec checks, plant checks asking me if I was… a CIA agent or an agent of
the Greek Secret Intelligence…(!!!). I answered that I wish a CIA agent
would act like that and do something about KSW.). Meanwhile I was under
constant watch by the security forces of the local base who didn’t know
what to say about the whole situation as they knew that I was a good staff
member and couldn’t understand the situation. But being reasonable, they
couldn’t see that disobeying and actually revolting against illegal orders
is OK and is actually the way staff should act so as to avoid any
possibility of incorrect application, alter-ised technology etc. per KSW
series #1. So D/IG RTC EU was using the security in order to make me shut up
and be a good boy, not caring for the actual issue of the translations much
less about the fact that blatant alter-is of LRH tech was being passed as OK
in front of our own eyes.

| MATEI, (Materials Executive Int) tried to convince me with dispatches that
a Flag Order has more power than HCOBs if it is of a later date… (FO,
Translations Typing speaking about written translations because it was
issued in 1972 and the HCOBs dated from 1971). I am not going to comment on
that and invalidate your basic knowledge of Scientology policy and tech.

| Chairman of the Board, RTC, David Miscavige, didn’t know that there were
no Academies translated in the many languages of Europe up to the summer of
1999, per the statement of the Commanding Officer of the Continental Liaison
Office in EU, Walter Kotric, who had just returned to EU after a briefing he
got on the translations by COB. So, COB issued a programme to remedy this,
but he didn’t follow LRH’s policy and tech, namely the HCOBs, though he
mentions one of them in the “Going Global” event speech, which he gave
on translations, which can be seen in the “Going Global” video (released
as one of the summer 1999 Freewinds Maiden Voyage event videos). On top of
that per the Commanding Officer of the CLO EU, Walter Kotric, COB gave him
an explanation as to why the HCOBs don’t apply, telling him that there is
an advice from LRH which says differently than the HCOBs, which is verbal
data. Even if that was true and such advice existed, an advice cannot cancel
or revise HCOBs and COB is trying to tell us that LRH “lost his senses at
the end of this life time” and changed his standard admin system, starting
canceling HCOBs with advices and things like that. This is an attempt to
throw out Standard Admin and confuse a Scientologist as to the Standardenss
of LRH tech and policy. COB RTC cannot be forwarding such verbal data down
the org board as such statements are highly injurious for the order of a
third dynamic such as the Sea Org entrusted by LRH to safeguard Scientology.

| COB RTC also, again per the Commanding officer of the CLO EU who conveyed
this to us, gave his own interpretation to an LRH reference titled |
“Scientology Clear Procedure”, and the CO CLO EU forwarded this
interpretation in the summer of 1999 to the staff of the CLO EU ordering them
to forward it to the public Scientologists: The phrase included in this
reference (which can be found in the Red Volumes) “The work was free; keep
it so”, meant according to the line that was coming down from COB that
“LRH was not paid for his work and so, Scientologists who translated or
helped in translations should do the same thing and not ask for money”.
Thus, all the call-in to Scientologists from the Translations Unit Europe
telling them that they are no longer going to be paid when they do
translations as “the work was free; keep it so”. And when you are the
Translations Unit Director, as I happened to be at that time (summer of 1999)
and you know the message LRH wants to convey in the above reference you get
furious and you know you have no other choice but to whisper to your sons and
grandsons: the work was free; keep it so”. And so I am writing and
publishing all this for the Scientologists’ info.
Following this line I consider it my duty towards LRH to scream out as loud
as possible that specific people, probably very few but also very high on the
Org Board of Scientology, who have formed a secret network of some kind within
the upper strata of the Sea Org, are openly and blatantly, not following or
even altering LRH’s tech and are trying to enforce with any possible brutal
and fascistic means ideas and policies which are not per LRH, down the org
board. These same people are assisting dark powers in this sector of the
Universe to turn the Sea Org members and the OT Organization of the Sea Org
into blind, non-thinking entities, who would accept anything even if that
would be against the Founder’s policies and technology just to be nice and
pleasant to their seniors. Such an atmosphere is being cultivated within the
Sea Org and such intentions are very suspicious as they resemble actions of a
totalitarian regime, and they have nothing to do with discipline and what LRH
intended for the Sea Org, acting as the basis for third party actions between
LRH and his dedicated staff members and scientologists who try to do something
to protect the tech and all the church principles and credos and the
humanitarianism stemming from them.
I am not the first one who reports such things on the Internet and this can
be two-sided: on one hand the fact that there are many others who claim
similar things and persecutions and High Crimes on the part of RTC and their
accessories within the Sea Org is a proof that this is not just a single
report and this is a plus-point. I am not just one person who might, after
all, have gone crazy or something…
On the other hand, most of the people who dared speak up and dared oppose
such atrocities loudly have been labeled “SPs” and now whoever speaks up
will join the club. I am just waiting for my turn now, with the “proper”
PR type of publication, justifying why I am declared SP. I am ready for it in
full conscience and I am proud that they are going to declare me. If I am
declared by such people, who perform such High Crimes, and stay unpunished,
let me laugh. This is a cult. It is not pure and just Scientology. Force will
never beat reason. Declare me all you want.
But Scientologists have to overcome this filter and mental pressure that
the network of those who alter-is LRH tech within the church are putting there
on such “revolutionaries” and Scientologists have to be able to see
through this filter with no bias and prejudices exactly as LRH states it in
the first step of the Doubt formula and judge for themselves. Don’t see the
labels, see behind them, and see for yourself and think for yourself. See the
data. Take the data and have at look at them only. Do not go into any HE&R
stuff.
And, again, any “SP declare” on me by such people whose intentions are
to do and get others to do otherwise than what LRH says and persecute those
who dare speak up against this, and whose intentions are openly now to not
abide to LRH rules of tech and policy and who are not putting ethics in within
the very organization that LRH founded to do just that, that is, to protect
the tech, if SUCH PEOPLE declare me, being who they are, when they fall (and
fall they will) from their positions of obviously usurped power, the true
Scientologists will know me and the many others who dared speak up for what we
really are, without false labels.
So, I am not afraid of their labels, they can put as many as they want on
me. I am a free man, I’m a spirit and I owe it to LRH and his giving to me
this knowledge again and my power. So… my neck is worth no more than LRH’s
, and allow me to say yours isn’t either, so why don’t you take a closer
look and look for yourself this time, not what someone else is telling you
before it’s too late.
So, I want to thank LRH for what he has given us, the beautiful game of
Scientology. It’s not easy when you approach the truth, it’s not easy to
go through all this mist and PR screens that you are being fed and believe
your own eyes. I know the bank is there to invalidate just this: you and your
observations. But beware, my friends, if you can see something, there must be
something there. Do not invalidate this. Pull the strings, ask around, look
for answers, communicate. And collect the data so that you draw correct
conclusions. I hope I gave you some hints with all the above. If you need more

my e-mail address, which you can get via the FZ. I will keep doing what I am
doing as this is a hat that is not worn at this time and this is what creates
the utmost enturbulation in Scientology: just a hint that one piece of the
tech or policy is not being applied and furthermore its application is being
resisted should raise a whole revolution within Scientology and it should be
dealt severely and with the utmost of disciplinary means within the church as
this is the biggest danger of all, our inability to apply the tech and lose
control over its protection. KSW series # 1 is our reference. It doesn’t say
to be pleasant or social. This is implanting stuff. When you see your family
and friends being butchered you are not pleasant or social. So, it is much
worse when we are talking about the eternity of our families and friends.
Don’t hold back and don’t be reasonable. This is your planet, this is your
Scientology, too. You can observe things. You are not “the blind who are
leading the blind”. You are a Scientologist. A higher order of a being, of a
man, thanks to the technologies of Dianetics and Scientology given to us by L.
Ron Hubbard.
